Shake up a chilled almond and toffee martini for Happy Hour, and don’t forget to rim the glass with almond milk and cocoa powder for an extra touch of flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- 1 oz almond milk
- 1 oz brown crème de cacao
- 1 oz butterscotch liqueur
- 1 oz vodka
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a shaker halfway full of ice.
- Pour in almond milk, crème de cacao, butterscotch liqueur and vodka.
- Cover and shake well.
- Strain into a martini glass and serve.
RECIPE NOTES
For a delicious garnish, rim the glass in cocoa powder or sugar crystals/ crystallized sugar.
First, pour a teaspoon or 2 of almond milk into a saucer. Then, place a teaspoon or 2 of cocoa powder in a saucer. Dip the rim first in almond milk, then one or two times in cocoa powder. Reserve glass until ready to fill.
