Hard seltzer is easy served as-is in the can, or used as toppers in cocktails that are then presented with the remaining can. To-go options can include a ‘necker’ of liquor for an extra spike. It’s also an easy build over ice with a shot of liquor, flavoring or IQF fruit, and topped off with the seltzer.

It’s sparkling water with intent! Use hard seltzer as a pairing, branding or ingredient inclusion. Treat it much like you would sparkling water or champagne. Use the light body and carbonation of hard seltzer to cut through rich and decadent dishes, as well as offer a complementary flavor pairing. If incorporating into recipes, use it in cold applications to maintain the delicate flavors of the product.

The healthy halo has a big play here, with the low-sugar, low-carb attributes. There are even brands exploring functional and immunity-boosting ingredients to attract new consumers. Adding housemade bar mixers, fruits or juices to a hard seltzer can add a signature beverage to your menu.
