As summer gets underway, we’re serving up another helping of Kitchen Collaborative recipes to refresh your menus. Some, like the Whipped Feta Spread with Za’atar Crostini and the Vegan Cauliflower and Cucumber Aguachile, provide a cool respite from the summer heat. Others, such as BBQ Hoisin Breaded Wings and Latin-Roasted Pork Flatbreads, spice up the status quo through global flavor systems. And a couple, namely the Honey-Roasted Squash & Rigatoni and Fontina, Apple, and Walnut Piadina, even harken to autumn.
