Pimento Sausage Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb Tyson® Pork Italian Sausage Crumbles, large
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz pimento cheese
- 1 c chunky salsa, drained
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- ¼ c grated Parmesan
- ¼ c thinly sliced green onions
- Tortilla chips or toasted pita, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Break up the sausage. Combine it with the cream cheese, pimento cheese, salsa and ½ c of the cheddar.
- Place the mix in a skillet or bakeable container for service.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until melted and slightly browned.
- Top with the remaining ½ c cheddar, the Parmesan and green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita.
