“It’s the burger that started it all,” says Bobby Flay, the multi-hyphenate restaurateur, of the build that launched a foodservice empire. “As a self-proclaimed ‘burger guy,’ nothing satisfies my cravings quite like this signature burger, the Bacon Crunchburger®, which embodies all of my favorite things.” An Angus beef patty is grilled to order, then is nestled between two halves of a toasted brioche bun along with American cheese, bacon, Bobby’s signature sauce and potato chips, the trademarked Crunchified® ingredient. “It’s a perfect blend of savory and salty, with a craveable crunch factor from the potato chips,” says Flay.
That all-important crispy crunch has been so deeply popular that Flay and his team have made the Crunchified® element a topping that can be added to any burger in the lineup (including chicken and veggie swaps) at no extra charge. “It also inspired other menu items, such as our Nacho Burger, featuring blue corn tortilla chips,” Flay notes. “It’s a true testament to the Bobby’s Burgers brand. By combining traditional elements with exciting, unexpected twists, it showcases our dedication to push culinary boundaries while staying true to the essence of what makes a great, classic burger.”
