Cliched as it may be, the old adage, “you eat with your eyes first,” is perhaps more relevant in today’s dining landscape than ever before. Thanks to social media, restaurants, chefs and their culinary creations can rise to star status based on visuals alone. But it’s not the only reason presentation has become paramount.
