- 2 c low sodium teriyaki sauce
- 16 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz fresh ginger, grated
- 4 oz chile crisp oil
- 24 lb Tyson® Breaded Chicken Wings

Pickled Watermelon:
- 6 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 3 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz fresh thyme
- 48 oz watermelon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F degrees.
- Combine the hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, fresh ginger and chile crisp oil in a bowl.
- Toss the breaded wings into the sauce and place in the oven. Reserve sauce.
- In 10 minute intervals, baste the wings with the reserved sauce until a thick lacquer has been layered onto the wings. This will allow it to coat and caramelize under the high heat to become crispy.
Pickled Watermelon:
- Combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, lemon juice into a sauce and bring up to a boil.
- Then pour over your cut watermelon and add the fresh thyme.
