Launching its first U.S. location in 2004, Tous les Jours has been an early player in the Asian bakery game, now exploding in popularity across the country. Its extensive menu of breads, cakes, pastries and sandwiches is rooted in French-Asian inspirations, allowing customers to satisfy their cravings for standard baguettes and croissants, as well as kimchi croquettes and sesame donuts. Standing out amid these delectable concoctions is the Blueberry-Yogurt Cloud Cake, sold whole and by the slice.

The signature dessert is a fluffy and airy cloud cake. It leans into the classic combination of yogurt and blueberries, where color is as appealing as the aroma and taste, says Dokywn Kim, R&D senior manager. “The cake is infused with blueberry color, while the yogurt cream is carefully crafted from a blend of yogurt, heavy cream and sugar, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures.
