There’s a lot to love about the Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus Grilled Protein Bowl at fast-casual Original ChopShop. “It’s the perfect mash-up of sweet, spicya, creamy and crunchy,” says Kyle Frederick, COO. “It starts with a generous portion of mixed greens lightly tossed in our housemade red wine vinaigrette, which adds a nice zing. Seasoned brown rice accompanies the greens, along with cucumber, tomato and banana pepper.
